Total attachments must be less than 10MB in file size and should only be of the format .DOC, .PDF, .GIF, .JPG, .PNG, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, ZIP.

Byte Technology maintenance updates are billed at an hourly rate of $125 pro-rated at 15-minute increments. Turn-around time excludes weekends and holidays. Updates received on weekends or holidays will be considered received on the next business day. For requests that may fall outside the scope of regular maintenance work, i.e., new navigation, a project manager will contact you to communicate timelines and expectations.
