On April 1st, 2009 the California Sales Tax rate went up by 1%. This impacts your 2nd quarter sales so please be sure to update your sales forms to reflect the new rate. For those of you who use an online shopping cart such as PayPal or any type of e-commerce solution, be sure to log into your account and adjust the tax accordingly.
