BYTE TECHNOLOGY RELOCATES DOWNTOWN - NEW BUSINESS CENTER ACCESS FOR
TOURISTS AND TRAVELERS
MONTEREY—Byte Technology has relocated its office to 482 Alvarado Street
in the Gallerie Building, downtown Monterey. The offices now face
Alvarado, which provides walk by traffic for greater exposure to
potential customers. The Gallerie Building is located next to
Lallapolooza Restaurant and there is ample public parking in the back.
The new office space is set up as a business center offering Internet
stations, faxing, scanning and printing services for conference
attendees and tourists. "After speaking with the hospitality industry in
the downtown area, we found a need for these services," explained owner
Clarence Low. "Our proximity to the hotels and Fisherman's Wharf has
created a perfect referral service."
Byte Technology is open Monday through Friday from 8-5. The company is a
family-owned and operated business for the past 2 years. The company
provides small businesses with friendly and cost-effective computing
solutions ranging from virus and data protection to network installation
and support. Byte Technology also develops and implements Internet
solutions for individuals and corporations.
Byte Technology won a 2002 Business Excellence Award from the Monterey
Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. The Byte office can be reached at
